the valve/damper electronic modules that must be removed before you can get to the piping & hc. You still have to get upside down on the floorboards, but probably for only half as much time as you probably did :) I almost did what you did & cut the piping, but I was just barely able to push the pipes out of the way of the hc using pry bars..(one write-up on here minimizes this act & makes this seem like kids play, but once you attempt it you know it's not)..I thought I was going to crack the pipes, but so far so good. If I had cut the pipes I would've flared the pipe ends to prevent it from leaking. You may still have to do that if the leak doesnt seal itself. But Congrats & Good luck with it!
